As the Managing Partner of High Country Construction Management, Tyler brings a strong leadership background, having managed teams and construction projects since 2015. He plays a critical role in company direction, strategic planning, and overall project success, ensuring that both residential and commercial builds meet the highest standards. Tyler enjoys snowmobiling and exploring the mountains with his wife and two daughters in his free time.
Blake Morrow - Partner, Director of Construction
As a partner and Construction Director of HCCM, Blake has been building homes since 2015, bringing nearly a decade of hands-on craftsmanship and project expertise. He oversees job site operations, ensuring quality workmanship, efficiency, and seamless execution on both residential and commercial projects. Outside of work, Blake enjoys boating and making lasting memories with his family.
Ben Ercanbrack - Partner
With over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, Ben has worked in multiple roles since 2004, giving him a well-rounded perspective on project execution and management. As a founding partner overseeing operations at High Country Construction Management, he ensures projects run smoothly, budgets are maintained, and timelines are met. Ben enjoys traveling, snowmobiling, and spending time in the mountains with his wife and kids when he's not on the job.
Jake Johnston - Business Development
With over five years of construction-related experience and more than a decade in business development, Jake serves as the Business Development Director at High Country Construction Management. He specializes in client relations, sales, and strategic growth, ensuring seamless communication and successful project execution. Outside of work, Jake enjoys fly fishing and taking his wife and two sons on outdoor adventures in the mountains.
